Amplio Osteo Complex contains a combination of calcium, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2, which may assist in the prevention of osteoporosis, enhance bone density and reduce bone loss.
When combined with adequate dietary calcium and regular exercise, may assist in the prevention of osteoporosis by helping calcium absorption, enhancing bone density and reducing bone loss. A diet deficient in calcium can lead to osteoporosis in later life.
Vitamin D3 improves calcium absorption and vitamin K2 helps to move calcium to the proper areas of the body.
How to use
Adults: Take 2 capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner
