Apohealth Salt Tabs maintain sodium levels in the body. Sodium tablets help enhance exercise performance by helping to maintain sodium levels in the body during prolonged strenuous exercise under heat conditions.
How to use
Take 15 tablets daily dissolved in 750 mL of water. This solution should be consumed before and throughout exercise. Each tablet contains sodium 236.1 mg. The recommended daily dose contains 9g of sodium chloride.
