Each Tablet Contains: Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate 400 mg (equiv. magnesium 80 mg). Magnesium Glycinate 255.75 mg (equiv. magnesium 36 mg). Magnesium Oxide Heavy 350 mg (equiv. magnesium 211 mg). Magnesium Citrate 194.24 mg (equiv. magnesium 31 mg). Colecalciferol (vit D) 200 IU. Potassium Aspartate 43.9 mg (equiv. potassium 10 mg). Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate Dihydrate 42.99 mg (equiv. calcium 10 mg). Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (vit B6) 12.15 mg. Manganese Amino Acid Chelate (equiv. manganese 5 mg).
