Each SoftGel Capsule contains: Herbal Extracts Equivalent to: Serenoa Repens (Saw Palmetto) Fruit Dry: 3.2g (3,200mg). Equiv. to Fatty Acids: 288mg. Lycopersicon Esculentum (Tomato) Fruit Fresh: 33.3g (33, 330mg). Equiv. to Lycopene: 2mg. Urtica Dioica (Nettle) Root Dry: 1.5g (1,500mg). Vitis Vinifera (NZ Grape) Seed Fresh: 5g (5,000mg). Plus: Selenomethionine: 372mcg. Equiv. to Selenium: 150mcg. Zinc Citrate Dihydrate: 46.6mg. Equiv. to Zinc: 15mg. Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 100IU): 2.5mcg.

This product contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses. A dose of 150 micrograms for adults of Selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
