Nature's Way Vitamin K2 + D3 has been specially formulated using a combination of these two vitamins, which help your body build and support strong bones. Vitamin D3 assists with dietary calcium absorption. Vitamin K2 in these tablets helps regulate Osteocalcin (a protein used by the body for depositing calcium into the bones. Vitamin K2 also helps support cardiovascular health for people over 50 years of age by activating MGP - a protein which inhibits calcium build up in arteries. Finally, Vitamin K2 + D3, promotes optimal calcium absorption if you are taking a calcium supplement.
How to use
Take one capsule a day or as recommended by your physician.
