Convenient liquid sachets, direct from the spring in Snowdonia, Wales, UK, have no chemicals or manufactured products added. Spatone has been clinically tested in pregnant women and shown to be effective at maintaining iron levels. Spatone delievers iron in it's elemental Fe form, with proven higher absorption rates. Traditional high dose iron tablets may cause side effects like constipation, nausea and diarrhoea in up to 50% of people that take them. How to use

Adults: 1-2 sachets per day.

Pregnant women: 2 sachets per day.

Children 2-12: 1 sachet per day.
