How to use
Best taken regularly, at first signs of Cold & Flu and at times of Immune stress. Dissolve 1 tablet in 250mL (1 glass) of warm or cold water. Once dissolved consume immediately. Adults: 1 effervescent tablet daily. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken. Store below 25C.

Each effervescent tablet contains: Sambucus nigra (Black Elderberry) fruit ext. dry conc. 163mg equiv. to dry fruit 5.7g Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 1000mg Zinc (as Zinc Gluconate) 2mg
