Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support restful and refreshing sleep, whilst also helping calm the nervous system.
How to use
Using the enclosed scoop, mix one level scoop (7.5g) with 100 mL of water (or more water as desired). Consume once daily, approximately 30-60 minutes prior to bed, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Store below 25C in a cool, dry place. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
