How to use
Take 1 tablet daily.
Store below 25C, in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not use if tamper evident seal is missing or broken.
Ingredients
Each Tablet Contains: Retinol Acetate (vit A) 750 mcg/RE. Ascorbic Acid (vit C) 60 mg. Colecalciferol (vit D) 800 IU. D-alpha-tocopheryl Acid Succinate (vit E) 25 mg. Biotin 30 mcg. Thiamine Nitrate (vit B1) 1.5 mg. Riboflavin (vit B2) 1.7 mg. Nicotinamide (vit B3) 10 mg. Folic Acid 95 mcg. Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (vit B6) 2 mg. Cyanocobalamin (vit B12) 6 mcg. Calcium Pantothenate (vit B5) 5 mg. Phytomenadione (vit K1) 25 mcg. Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate Dihydrate (equiv. calcium 130.73 mg) (equiv. phosphorus 101.25 mg). Magnesium Oxide Heavy (equiv. magnesium 50 mg). Zinc Oxide (equiv. zinc 12 mg). Copper Gluconate (equiv. copper 2 mg). Manganese Sulfate Monohydrate (equiv. manganese 2 mg). Chromic Chloride Hexahydrate (equiv. chromium 120 mcg). Selenomethionine (equiv. selenium 20 mcg). Ferrous fumarate (equiv. iron 5 mg).

Warnings: If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
