Astragalus was first recorded in Shen Nong's Materia Medica 2000 years ago. The roots are considered among the most vital of Chinese herbs for energy and strengthening Qi. Qi is the vital life force that flows through the body. Astragalus is renowned in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) as 'Immunity Gold' due to it's healing and immune strengthening powers.
Traditionally used in TCM to help:

- Tonify 'the spleen' (in TCM)
- As a Qi strengthening tonic
How to use
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily for immunity.
Take 2 capsules daily for Qi support.
