Ben Boys Shorts-Blue are classic and timeless piece in our collection. Suitable for any day, you can style them up or down depending on occasion. The design includes two side pockets like on any pants or trousers. Our shorts have a brand label in the side seam on the left side. Ben Boys Shorts-Blue are made in a beautiful shade of blue that will match most of the shirts. These shorts look equally good with the simple T-shirt or a stylish button up shirt.
The fabric that we love to use is cotton twill with stretch because it is very soft and comfortable. There is no restriction in the movement. Elastic waistband is easily adjustable if you need to make elastic longer or shorter. You can reach elastic through a small hole in the waistband. To prevent elastic from turning inside of the waistband we sew across it. In brief, this is done at the back of the waistband where we stitch the size label.
Prior to cutting the pieces we make sure that we prewash fabric as this type of cotton shrinks 5% in the first wash. Because each pair of shorts is cut individually, that takes care of the fabric usage and creates minimal waste. The length of the shorts is just above knees or to a half thigh length. Moreover, that extra length allows for extra wearing time as kids grows fast.
