Oriental Botanicals Fusion Astra 8 features eight Chinese herbs, including: Astragalus, which is traditionally used to improve immune defences and help reduce the frequency of common colds in Chinese medicine, as well as to increase vitality and help the body cope with stress. Astragalus is also used in Western herbal medicine, where its traditionally taken to stimulate healthy immune system responses and support the immune system in fighting illness. Reishi mushroom, which is traditionally taken to enhance immunity and relieve tiredness and general feelings of weakness in Chinese medicine. Siberian ginseng, schisandra, Chinese licorice, codonopsis, white atractylodes and ligustrum.

Recommended dosage Adults: Take 2 tablets two times a day, or as professionally prescribed

Each tablet contains herbal extracts dry concentrate: Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus) root 200mg, dry equiv. 3g, Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) fruiting body 75mg, dry equiv. 750mg, Ligustrum (Ligustrum lucidum) fruit 87.5mg, dry equiv. 875mg, White atractylodes (Atractylodes macrocephala) root 150mg, dry equiv. 750mg, Codonopsis (Codonopsis pilosula) root 150mg, dry equiv. 750mg, Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) root and rhizome 33.33mg, dry equiv. 500mg, Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis) fruit 50mg, dry equiv. 500mg, Chinese licorice (Glycyrrhiza uralensis) root and stolon 20mg, dry equiv. 100mg
