This easy to prepare vanilla flavour Shake is one of fifteen satisfying products in the Optifast VLCD range. It is part of a nutritionally complete Program, is high in protein, is a source of calcium and tastes delicious.

The Optifast VLCD Vanilla Shake can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch or dinner on the Optifast VLCD Program. It's high in protein, so you feel full for longer, as well as being low in calories.

How to use

To use: Simply add one sachet of Optifast VLCD� Vanilla Shake mix into 200mL of cold water. Stir, blend or shake the liquid until the contents of the sachet are fully dissolved. Do not use boiling water. Add more water if you would prefer a larger shake or a more diluted taste. The taste is improved with colder water.

Contains Milk and Soy. Made on equipment that also processes products containing Egg and Celery.
