Triphala is blend of 3 ancient fruits Amalaki, Haritaki and Bibhitaki that has been traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to help support Digestion. It has also been traditionally used for Rasayana, a rejuvenation tonic to support longevity, vitality, wellbeing, and detoxification tonic.
Traditionally used in Ayuvedic medicine to help:
- Relief of occasional constipation
- Relieve mild abdominal pain and flatulence
- Rejuvenation
- Relieve mild heart burn associated with non-specific indigestion
- As a digestive tonic to promote digestive 'fire', support appetite and aid digestion
How to use
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily.

Terminalia chebula fruit ext. dry conc. Equiv. to dry fruit 1000mg
Terminalia bellirica fruit pericarp ext. dry conc. Equiv. to dry fruit pericarp 500mg
Phyllanthus emblica fruit ext. dry conc. Equiv. to dry fruit 1.5g (1500mg)
Warnings
