Bioglan Serenity PM relieves symptoms of mild anxiety such as nervous tension & irritability. It supports healthy mood balance, promotes mind & body relaxation, reduces time to fall asleep and improves sleep quality.
How to use
Directions: Adults: Take 2 capsules one hour before bed or as advised by your health professional.
Ingredients
Each Hard Capsule Contains: Piper methysticum (Kava kava) rhizome ext. dry conc. std. 300mg equiv. to rhizome dry 900mg (min.) equiv to kavalactones (of Piper methysticum) 30mg; Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) flower ext. dry conc. 100mg equiv. to flower dry 1g.

Take at least 2 hours away from pharmaceutical medication. Vitamin & Mineral supplements may only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
