How to use

Adults take 4 tablets daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings

If you are pregnant - or considering becoming pregnant - do not take a Vitamin A supplements without consulting yur doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrgograms retinol equivalents - Vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from allsources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents ofr women and 900 micgrograms retinol equivalents for men.
