How to use
Take 1 tablet 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime.

Ingredients
Each Tablet Contains: Hydrolysed Collagen (bovine collagen peptides) 883 mg. Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) extract equivalent to dry herb 1 g. Ascorbic acid (vit C) 50 mg. Biotin 50 micrograms. Zinc (as zinc citrate dihydrate) 3.5 mg.
