ZINC (from zinc amino acid chelate 125 mg) 25 mg

VITAMIN B6 (pyridoxine from pyridoxine hydrochloride 36.46 mg) 30 mg

VITAMIN A (as retinyl acetate 375 mcg RE) 1250 IU

MAGNESIUM (from magnesium phosphate 169.41 mg) 35 mg

MANGANESE (from manganese sulfate monohydrate 6.15 mg) 2 mg

Warnings

When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. Store below 25 degrees Celsius. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
