Go Healthy Go Fish Oil 2,000 Compact Odourless provides a concentrated source of EPA and DHA. DHA is one of the most abundant fatty acids in the brain required for healthy brain function and is essential for the proper growth and development of the brain, nervous system and retina of the eyes. How to use

Adults: Take 1-2 SoftGel Capsules daily, with meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

For Joint Swelling: Adults: Take up to 2 SoftGel Capsules 3 times daily, with meals, or as professionally prescribed.
