How to use

Adults - Take 1 soft gel capsule daily with food, or as advised by your healthcare professional. Warning: Talk to your health professional if you are taking hormone containing medications before taking Vitex Agnus Castus. Not recommended for use in pregnancy. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. Store below 25C. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing

EACH SOFT CAPSULE CONTAINS: Silybum marianum (Milk Thistle) fruit extract dry concentrate 107.14 mg equivalent to dry fruit 7.5 g Vitex agnus-castus (Chasteberry) fruit extract dry concentrate 15 mg equivalent to dry fruit 150 mg Asparagus racemosus (Shatavari) root extract dry concentrate 250 mg equivalent to dry root 1.5 g Contains sulfites, Royal Jelly, propolis and soya bean products.
