ADULT DOSAGE:

General Health: One capsule daily.

Healthy Triglyceride Levels: Seven capsules daily.

Blood Pressure and Joint Support: Five capsules, twice daily.

PREGNANCY AND BREASTFEEDING DOSAGE:

Two capsules daily.

CHILD DOSAGE:
