How to use
To restore and maintain regularity for adults 12+, add approximately 1 1/2 teaspoons of Metamucil to at least 250 ml of liquid to be taken 1-3 times daily. For children 6-11 years old, take half the adult dose to be taken 1-3 times daily on medical advice. For children under 6 years, consult a doctor.
