How to use

Each Capsule Contains: Sambucus nigra (Black Elderberry) fruit juice dry 10mg equiv. to fresh juice 350mg Astragalus membranaceus (Astragalus) root ext. dry conc. 10mg equiv. to fresh root 200mg Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 500mg Zinc (as Zinc Citrate Dihydrate) 12.5mg Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 7.5micrograms (300IU)
