Fess Nasal and Sinus Wash Extra Strength Hypertonic Wash is a non-medicated nasal and sinus wash. Fess Nasal and Sinus Wash Extra Strength consists of pre-mixed dry powder sachets. When mixed with warm water, each 6.3 g sachet will produce 200mL of alkaline buffered, mild hypertonic saline wash.

A deep cleansing, non-medicated hypertonic saline wash that helps relieve nasal congestion and sinusitis.

A hypertonic solution is 'saltier' than regular saline to gently draw liquid out of the sinuses and help break down this mucus. The higher salt concentration also helps with severe swelling and mucus build up.

How to use

Empty contents of one FESS Sinu-Cleanse Nasal & Sinus Wash Deep Cleansing sachet into a FESS Sinu-Cleanse squeeze bottle. Pour previously boiled luke warm water into the bottle to the line marked 'FULL'. Do not use boiling water. Replace cap onto the bottle.Place finger over opening of cap and shake the bottle gently until the powder dissolves.Lean or bend over a basin and place the cap gently inside the right nostril Keeping your mouth open, gently squeeze the bottle in a pulsing action. Allow approximately half of the solution to wash through the nasal passages and sinus cavity and come out of the left nostril.Using the remaining solution, repeat this process in your left nostril. Usage: Non-medicated, preservative free and suitable for daily use. FESS Sinu-Cleanse can be used alone, with other medications, during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
