In Essence ie: Balance Essential Oil Blend is a supportive blend of 100% pure Orange, Lavender, Geranium, Cypress, Jasmine & Rose essential oils which have been traditionally used in aromatherapy for the relief of symptoms associated with PMT & menopause including mild mood swings & hot flushes; relief of menstrual cramps, mild anxiety symptoms, fatigue & sleeplessness
How to use
Apply small amount as required up to 6 times per day to abdomen, chest and back, or to wrist and inhale.
