How to use

Adults: take 2 capsules 30 mins before a meal, once per day.

If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.

Not to be used in pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Take more than 2 hours away from medication and supplements as activated charcoal may interact with other medicines (e.g. antibiotics or the contraceptive pill).

Products containing activated charcoal should be used with caution in children since it may interfere with absorption of nutrients.

Activated charcoal is not recommended for long-term use.

Drink plenty of water.

Do not exceed directed dose.
