This easy to prepare, Coffee flavoured Shake is one of fifteen satisfying products in the Optifast VLCD range. It is part of a nutritionally complete Program, is high in protein, contains fibre and tastes delicious.

The Optifast VLCD Coffee Flavour Shake can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch or dinner on the Optifast VLCD Program. It's high in protein, so you feel full for longer, as well as being low in calories.

The OPTIFAST VLCD program is a total food replacement for the overweight. It is intended for use as part of the management of the moderately to severely overweight, particularly when there is an associated secondary pathology

e.g. Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, osteoarthritis, hypothyroidism corrected by replacement therapy, gynecological disorders, hyperlipidaemia or where obesity is an impediment to surgery.1

How to use

Add one sachet of Optifast VLCD to 200ml of cold or warm water. Stir, blend or shake to dissolve. Do not use boiling water. If desire, more water maybe added.

Warnings

Very low energy diet. Take an additional two litres of calorie free fluid each day. Unsuitable for use by pregnant or lactating women, infants and children, adolescents or people older than 65 years of age.
