Hydralyte Hot Hydration Drink is the new kid on the block. Add one convenient individual powder sachet to 200 mL hot water, stir and drink.

How to use
Fill mug with 200mL of boiled drinking water. Do not use any liquid other than water. For infants and children under 12 years, use lukewarm water.
Empty contents of one sachet into the mug and stir until the Hydralyte powder has dissolved.
Once cooled to the appropriate temperature, serve immediately.
Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist.
Discard any unused solution.
Drink Hydralyte when thirsty or exhibiting signs of dehydration. Sip slowly and frequently whilst symptoms of dehydration persist.
Recommended dosage for dehydration due to vomiting and diarrhoea:
Age in years
Under 12 months: Take in first 6 hours (Sachets):1-2 Max. per day (Sachets):5
1-3 years: Take in first 6 hours (Sachets):2-3 Max. per day (Sachets):7
3-6 years: Take in first 6 hours (Sachets):3-4 Max. per day (Sachets):10
6-12 years: Take in first 6 hours (Sachets):4-7 Max. per day (Sachets):13
12 years: Take in first 6 hours (Sachets):7-10 Max. per day (Sachets):20
Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage.

Glucose 2.91g
Citric acid 880 mg
Sodium from Sodium chloride 205 mg
Potassium from Potassium citrate 159 mg
Contains 159 mg of potassium per 200 mL dose.
Contains 205 mg of sodium per 200 mL dose.
Quantity of sodium per maximum daily dose is 4.1g.
Contains: Sugars, sucralose.
No added gluten, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.
Store below 30C.
Warnings
Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhoea persists for more than:
6 hours in infants under 6 months
12 hours in children under 3 years
24 hours in children aged 3-6 years
48 hours in children over 6 years & adults
