How to use

Shake well before use. Hold the dropper bottle at a 45 angle when dispensing. Iberogast IBS + DIGESTIVE RELIEF is to be taken in liquid before or with a meal, 3 times daily as follows: Adults from 18 years: Take 20 drops (1mL)
