Nicotinell Lozenges provide a slow, controlled release of therapeutic nicotine to help you get through a craving. Being a discreet lozenge, they are a gum-alternative that can be had anywhere.
Nicotinell Lozenge 4 mg (Extra Strength)
Suitable for smokers who have their first cigarette of the day within 30 minutes of waking up.
How to use
1. Place one lozenge in your mouth.
2. Move from one side of the mouth to the other periodically.
3. Continue until fully dissolved. The lozenge should not be chewed, sucked or swallowed whole. Only have one lozenge at a time and no more than 15 per day.
As you get closer to victory, you will be able to reduce how often you have a lozenge:
Week 1 - 6:
Have one lozenge every 1- 2 hours
Adults should have at least 9 lozenges in total during this period.
Week 7 - 9:
Have one lozenge every 2 - 4 hours.
Week 10-12:
Have one lozenge every 4- 8 hours.
