HotHands warmers are single use heat packs, providing instant warmth for your hands, feet and body. They are ideal for keeping your body warm when you're out and about and the temperature is cold. HotHands contain iron, activated carbon and water. Once these ingredients come into contact with the air, the ingredients oxidize and produce heat. The combination of ingredients has been specially formulated to ensure a constant and comforting heat.
How to use
HotHands�are air activated, so all you have to do is break the seal and shake it - it will start heating up straight away.

Warnings
Direct skin contact should only occur on palms of the hand, do not apply direct to skin on any other part of the body. Do not use on the same place for an extended period of time. Remove if it is uncomfortably hot. Do not use while sleeping. Do not use on infants or small children, Do not use with other heating devices, on frostbite, sensitive skin, diabetes, circulatory problems, nerve damage or paralysis. Keep out of reach of children.
