Revlon PhotoReady Rose Glow Hydrating + Illuminating Primer is a lightweight water based primer infused with encapsulated oil beads, luminous quartz, and skin conditioning extracts to boost skin's radiance and leaves the skin feeling moisturised for up to 24 hours.
How to use
Place a few drops onto hands and rub to melt oil beads. Apply to face for illuminated skin. Wear alone or under any cream, liquid or powder foundation.
